About
Hello

I’m ambitious and determined, but sometimes stubborn and disorganised, too. My name is Giulia Steingruber and I was born in Gossau, Switzerland, on 24 March 1994. I discovered my passion for gymnastics when I was seven . I currently train at least 28 hours each week and have already been able to win several titles and awards. I was recently asked why I didn’t retire after winning a bronze medal at the Rio Olympics in 2016. The answer is simple: because I’m convinced that my career isn’t over yet. I have set my sights even higher! My next goal is to compete in Summer Olympics in Tokyo in 2020. See you there!
