About
Hello

I’m ambitious and determined, but sometimes stubborn and disorganised, too. My name is Giulia Steingruber and I was born in Gossau, Switzerland, on 24 March 1994. I discovered my passion for gymnastics when I was seven . I currently train at least 28 hours each week and have already been able to win several titles and awards. I was recently asked why I didn’t retire after winning a bronze medal at the Rio Olympics in 2016. The answer is simple: because I’m convinced that my career isn’t over yet. I have set my sights even higher! My next goal is to compete in Summer Olympics in Tokyo in 2021. See you there! I’m ambitious and determined, but sometimes stubborn and disorganised, too.
